2. USERS ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

The confidentiality and security of the user’s password remain within the user’s responsibility. 3. SITE USE AND CONTENT RULES
This site provides tools to the community which, provide users with communication to each other through the internet (collectively called “Communication Services”). By using these tools, the user agrees not to publish, distribute, or divulge topics, names, materials, or information that are inappropriate, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, indecent, illegal; that would violate other’s rights, or that might violate third-party copyright. The user shall not knowingly upload, publish and/or distribute files that contain viruses or other software or programs of such nature that could damage the normal operation of computers; that would falsify or delete the author’s credits, the communication of legal nature or other communication, the copyright notices, the indication of the source of the software or other content of the Site. The users that publish content on Social-Writing.com are asked to declare if their content contains mature content, containing graphic scenes or material of a violent or sexual nature that would be inappropriate to minors. In this case the content needs to be marked with the appropriate symbol visible to the public and users that indicates mature content. Social-Writng.com team reserves the right to add this warning whenever it considers it necessary however the Social-Writing team shall not be held responsible for content which has not been properly labeled in the case of any damages.
4. CHANGES TO THE SITE AND UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SITE USE
Social-Writing.com team reserves the right to change or update the content of the site by removing or adding sections to the site itself. The user therefore agrees to these terms of use and the version provided at the moment of the site access. Social-Writing.com team reserves the right to change these terms and condition of site use and will promptly and clearly make this notice available to the users. By using this site the user agrees and accept these terms and considers them legally binding. If the user does not agree with these terms, the user should cease the use of the site. Social-Writing shall not be required to directly inform users of any change in policy other than to post it in this policy section. The burden of information lies with the user to know and follow the current site policy.
5. LIMITATION OF SITE USE AND IT’S SERVICES
The use of the Site or its Services for illegal activity is prohibited. The user cannot use the site or its services to damage, deactivate, overload or affect the site in whole or in part or interfere with its use and/or enjoyment by others.
